34′ x 30′ Two-Story Detached Garage

For this project, Sullivan Construction designed and built a custom 34′ x 30′ two-story detached garage that provides both functional storage and additional usable living space. The project included a fully finished upper level, creating a versatile area that can be used as a home office, guest suite, recreation room, or hobby space.

In addition to the new garage, our team installed a new driveway to provide seamless access while enhancing the property’s curb appeal and functionality.
